I can confirm that this is not a network issue.

I have wired connection and static IP.

Every time after router reboot or power outage I get this "Your recording path is not valid". I have to enter User and Password again to fix it.

Hi @stealthx
The VBox does't save your network credentials (user name/password) therefore whenever the connection to your NAS is lost you will need to reestablish it

It is really unfortunate situation. Imagine that router can randomly restart during night because of updates. I'm not able to check vbox often enough to prevent this error.

Maybe to solve this by connecting hdd directly by usb to the vbox. But then this is another device to buy and maintain next to the NAS.
