Vbox need to support their own forums

It is a great pity that Vbox cares so little for it users that it no longer makes any attempt to respond to user questions on this forum.
It takes forever to approve new user registrations and ignores reports of blatant spam.

Pleas show you are a company that supports its customers

users are getting quick and designated reply’s by using our support team at support@vboxcomm.com
VBox is getting great feedback for our support team-
and users tend to prefer quick support replies rather than looking for some other user to help them on some forum

Hi
I see no harm in both working in harmony as it does with other products. Yes the support team is awesome but remember the product is used (or could be) world wide and you are not 24hrs/Same time zone.
It could not hurt and also if 1 or 2 members of the support team monitor the forum, in the long run it will help and improve acces to solutions for all concerned.

Are they!

My experience is far from great.

I sent a list of over twenty questions in January and have had no response at all to most of the issues.

For a short while you provided access to a premium epg service which partially resolved the problems with accessing the OTA EPG in the UK but that has now stopped working and so the box is unusable as a PVR except using manual timer recordings like a 1980s VCR
