Unable to perform OTA firmware update

Hi,
I'm currently unable to perform OTA firmware update for my Vbox 3442-21, as when checking for an update from GUI it reports: "Error. Information was not found in server".
I think this is a problem with the firmware URLs at the VBOXComm end.
So I would like to receive a download link to get the latest XTI_VJ.2.65.x firmware to manually perform an offline software update.

I get exactly the same message on my 3442-21 when trying to update to the latest version. Any solutions? Perhaps providing a manual download option for updates on the site would be sensible...

I have an XTi-3442 on software version XTI_VJ.2.65 and I've been getting this same error message for months...



At first I thought there just wasn't any new versions to download but now I think there may be something wrong.

Can someone advise if there's a newer version than I have and if so, how to get it?

Mine 3442 is on 2.65.4, but it was received via support.
I have some stability problems, so they have fixed it.
If your works for you, don't touch it.

I was really hoping for some bugs to be fixed, like the recording padding on consecutive programs on the same channel.

I've had my XTi-3442 for six months now and I've never seen an update come through, how often would we normally get software updates?
