Is there any way I can get the channel order to match what I set up in the vbox during set up.
Vbox XTI-3334. SW Ver 2.58

Yes you can,
In Kodi open settings - PVR & Live TV switch to advanced view
In General enable Use channel order from backend

Tried that and it didn't work.
In the end I changed the LCN number to match the channel number and now it works.
Vbox XTI-3334. SW Ver 2.58

There is an additional setting inside the VBox PVR add-on under EPG - Channel Numbers by LCN from backend you can also try to enable it
