I have registered my vbox using the form on the website and never got a response or acknowledgement so am left unsure if it worked.
I also contacted the support team using the website form and haven't had a response either.
Do vbox normally acknowledge when people contact them or have both my attempts to contact them failed? How can I check my product is registered? How can I check they got my support request?

Hmm, is there real users that register it's device via that form?
Was there any sense?
I never register mine, if i have any question or problem i usually write here of email support.
As far as i understand from other topics they are usually closed for weekends.
