I don't know what to say, we receive inquiries and product registration every day.
I have just tried it from my mobile phone and it worked.
Can you please try a very simple registration - enter only the mandatory fields with ttt and on the email enter ttt@ttt.com
purchased date yesterday, serial no.- ttt
get the green V in captcha and press send

Maybe it is something that you enter in one of the fields?

OK! we've made some progress :-) I've just received your registration
Now we need to find what is it that you type that we do not process well

Just filled in all the fields except serial number and email and that worked (I put ttt and ttt@ttt.com in as sugested)

Then I tried the real serial number but removed the spaces - OK again.

Next, I put my email address in the email field and I got the gateway error again. So it's looking like some email addresses are not accepted.

Confirmed - an alternative email address works OK.

Don't want to include my addresses here so will email them direct.
