Vbox no longer connecting to network

I have an XTI 3334
I was trying to reorder a couple of channels, and my son decided to reboot the router. This happened while I was in in mid channel change. And now the vbox no longer connects to the network.
Also before this happened I noticed Tuner 4 is no longer locked is this normal if its not being used.
Any ideas on what to do.

Hi @techdoctor
1. Did you try to power off / on the VBox?
2. It could be that the VBox received a new IP address - I suggest that you will try to connect using one of the VBox live TV apps
3. Do you see the 2 LAN LEDs blink? (they are located on the rear of the VBox)
4. Try to plug the VBox to a different LAN port in your router

It is OK for the VBox not to keep all tuners locks, to lock that tuner again you will need to watch / record 4 channels from 4 different frequencies
this will force the VBox to lock on the 4th tuner

If the above doesn't help, please contact VBox support and we will send you a reset FW

I powered the box on and off.
The Vbox has a fixed IP address in the DHCP client list on the router.

Left the box switched off last night and then switched it on again about ten minutes ago and its now working.
Will keep an eye on it.
