VBox keeps going offline

Hi, I have an XTi-3332 and it works perfectly but keeps going offline/disconnecting from my network every 24 hours. If I turn it off and on again it connects fine and shows up on my network until it happens again 24 hours later. Is there a refresh setting I'm missing? Anyone else had this issue?

Hi
What is your FW version?
What is the status of the LEDs when the VBox is offline
Can you ping to the VBox?
Do the two LAN LEDs blink or off? - if they are off can you try to disconnect and reconnect the LAN cable

Hi,

FW: VB.2.57
LED status: 3 and 1 steady green.
LAN connected - orange LED lit green intermittently flashes as expected.
Not sure how to ping but when offline the VBox's IP doesn't show as connected to my router.

Even when the device is idle the IP should remain the same -
We have a new beta version, I suggest that we will try it to see if it helps, pls contact the VBox support to receive it

If this doesn't work then we will get to get your device's logs
