Kodi krypton app buggy

Hi. I do get the now and next listings for BBC of the live signal but that will also only show once it's rescanned then will go back to no information after they have gone. The ber 0.000e+00. Rf -30 & -25. Snr 35.40db & 40.00db. I do get the full 7 day listing with the external xml file for all channels and no errors on the sync but it causes kodi to crash when collecting the epg data if I use the vbox add on which only leaves the options of the stand alone app which doesn't work great with out a touch screen or iptv simple client but that doesn't allow recording. Thanks for looking into this.
