Frequency

Hello all,

I see 11557,5, 11675,5 frequencies in satellite lists. How can I scan those?

Hi @hedere
You can add new frequencies from the web management - go to Streaming - Add Channel and select your frequency.
If you do not see the frequency in the list you can add new frequencies at the bottom of the list or edit existing one

On the manage channel page - go to one of the unused frequencies (for example the first one)
Press on the Edit button on the right hand side of frequency's row, and change the frequency into 115575
We use KHz while the frequency you are trying to enter is in MHz so it should be the same

Hi,

There is no edit button. Which page do you mean? Streaming -> Add Channels?

Yes this is the page - depending on the VBox you have
if you have the XTi-3342 or XTi-3442 then you should see an Edit column, select the checkbox for the frequency you would like to edit and change its value

If you have a satellite VBox than you can add a new frequency at the bottom of the page
