I was hope i can install something that allow me connect it with google voice and allow start some app or change volume when i command with voice.

With this methods you need something like server on your side, and static external ip.
I was thinking about some app that connects somewhere and waits for comands for example.

Oh, if you are experienced enough with google home, is there any application that we can install to vbox device, that conects it to google home or something and allow run something like player aplication or change sound settings?

Tuner part is available as server, thats for shure it is available ant can stream tv to you.

As far as i know device itself has api.
Thats how VBREC app is working.
What exactly you want it to do?
