Hi you should set this on your home router -
sometimes the IP you have set by using device configuration will rejected by the router (although its look OK)

it always the router - your router is your network door keeper

Hi, what do you mean read on USB HDD?

is this happens on series recording ?
when you faced this issue on 3442 and 4144 - is it happened on the same recorded channel ?
did you used same player (tablet/or other device)?
